E Tipu e Reas own Policy and Advocacy Lead Emmaline Pickering-Martin was a guest on Newshub Late discussing the Governments new suite of investment into ‘Youth Crime’.
As an organisation we see this as a small step in the right direction but we know that ’Youth Crime’ is a symptom of a much larger societal issue of inequity and accessibility. We hope to see more positive investment in our Rangatahi as soon as possible so that all our whānau can thrive and live positive lives.
